My Real Estate journey started when I was 20, with the purchase of my first investment property, at 22, I purchase my first home, at 26 I started my first job in Real Estate as a Property Manager, two years later I moved across into sales. I’m now 57 and I have now sold well over 1, 000 properties in Western Sydney and here on our beautiful islands. I am the most experienced Agent on our islands. However, experience is not everything. I have needed to learn a few things on the way, which has including studying Advanced Diplomas in Business and Marketing, but the best education I have had, has been from associating with some of the best real estate agents in the country and overseas, learning the skills and techniques from the best in the industry.

You are the only agent I will be talking to when I sell.” I don’t leave money on the table when it comes to the sale of a client’s property.
- Closing the sale is more important that the negotiation, it’s the skill of putting pen to paper when the buyer says “I want to think about it”.
